When you invite Pipe Patrol into your home, you’re trusting us with one of your home’s most important systems. We take that responsibility seriously.
Every repair and installation is completed with quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and materials we would be comfortable installing in our own homes.
If something isn’t right because of our workmanship, we’ll make it right. That’s our commitment.
Our Workmanship Warranty
Pipe Patrol provides a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty on qualifying plumbing repairs and installations.
If a problem occurs because of our installation or workmanship during the warranty period, we will return and correct the issue at no labor charge.
What's covered
Our workmanship warranty generally covers:
- Improper installation
- Workmanship-related leaks
- Loose or improperly secured fittings
- Installation defects
- Labor required to correct workmanship-related issues
What's not covered
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Manufacturer defects
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer misuse or abuse
- Freezing
- Corrosion
- Water quality issues
- Acts of God, earth movement, fire, flood, or lightning
- Existing plumbing failures unrelated to our work
- Clogs caused by misuse after service
- Damage caused by other contractors or third parties
- Alterations or repairs performed after our work by someone else
Existing plumbing systems
Many plumbing systems contain aging piping, previous repairs, hidden corrosion, or conditions that cannot be fully evaluated until work begins. Our warranty applies only to the work performed by Pipe Patrol and does not extend to unrelated portions of an existing plumbing system.
Manufacturer warranties
Many of the products we install — including water heaters, fixtures, water treatment systems, disposals, faucets, valves, and other plumbing products — carry their own manufacturer warranties. Those warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and vary depending on the product. Whenever possible, we’ll assist you through the warranty process.
Honest plumbing
One of our core beliefs is that customers deserve honest answers. Sometimes the right repair is a simple repair. Sometimes replacing a failing system is the better long-term investment. We’ll explain your options, answer your questions, and let you make the decision that’s best for your home.
