Our 2-Year Workmanship Warranty
At Pipe Patrol, we believe quality workmanship should provide lasting peace of mind. That’s why we proudly stand behind our work with a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty on qualifying plumbing repairs and installations.
What Our Warranty Covers
For two (2) years from the date of service, Pipe Patrol warrants that the workmanship performed by our technicians will be free from defects resulting from improper installation or repair.
If a covered workmanship issue occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
Examples of covered workmanship include:
- Leaks resulting from improperly installed fittings or connections
- Improperly installed plumbing fixtures or valves
- Installation-related defects involving water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water treatment equipment, and similar plumbing components
- Repairs that fail due to the quality of our workmanship
Manufacturer Warranties
Many plumbing fixtures, water heaters, water treatment systems, and other products include separate manufacturer warranties.
These warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are independent of Pipe Patrol’s workmanship warranty. Pipe Patrol will assist customers with applicable manufacturer warranty claims when possible, but manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
What Is Not Covered
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Manufacturer defects or product failures
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper operation
- Freezing, corrosion, aggressive water conditions, or water quality issues
- Clogs caused by grease, wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, toys, foreign objects, tree roots, or other materials introduced into the plumbing system after service
- Existing plumbing components or conditions not repaired or replaced by Pipe Patrol
- Damage caused by foundation movement, earthquakes, floods, storms, fire, utility interruptions, or other events beyond our control
- Plumbing systems that have been modified, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than Pipe Patrol after our work was completed
- Cosmetic damage or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our workmanship
Drain Cleaning Services
Drain cleaning services are intended to restore the flow of an existing drain at the time of service.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, drain cleaning does not guarantee against future clogs caused by new debris, grease buildup, tree root growth, damaged piping, or changes in system conditions.
If a separate drain cleaning warranty applies, it will be noted on your invoice.
Warranty Service
If you believe you are experiencing a workmanship-related issue, please contact Pipe Patrol as soon as possible.
We ask that customers allow Pipe Patrol the opportunity to inspect the issue before any repairs are performed by another contractor.
If our inspection determines the issue is covered under this warranty, we will repair the workmanship at no charge.
If the issue is determined to be unrelated to our workmanship or outside the warranty terms, our standard service fee and applicable repair charges may apply.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or correction of defects in Pipe Patrol’s workmanship. Pipe Patrol is not responsible for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
