Once your referral’s qualifying service has been completed and paid for, we’ll send you your reward:
- $25 Amazon or Visa gift card for qualifying services totaling less than $1,000.

There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, and your referral rewards never expire.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! Refer as many friends, family members, neighbors, and coworkers as you’d like.
Do my rewards expire?
Never. As long as the referral qualifies, you’ll receive your reward.
When do I receive my gift card?
After your referral’s qualifying service has been completed, paid in full, and verified by our office.
What gift cards can I choose from?
You can choose either an Amazon gift card or a Visa gift card.
How does Pipe Patrol know I referred someone?
It’s easy — when your friend or neighbor schedules their appointment, they simply tell us your name and we’ll take care of the rest.
Program Terms & Conditions
To qualify for the Pipe Patrol Preferred Neighbor Program:
- The referred customer must be a new Pipe Patrol customer.
- The referred customer must mention the referring customer’s name when scheduling or before the service is completed.
- The referred customer must complete and pay in full for a qualifying residential plumbing repair or installation.
- Referral rewards are issued after the qualifying invoice has been paid in full.
Referral rewards are based on the total value of the completed qualifying service:
- Services under $1,000 earn the referrer a $25 Amazon or Visa gift card.
- Services of $1,000 or more earn the referrer a $50 Amazon or Visa gift card.
The referred customer receives $50 off their first qualifying residential plumbing repair or installation.
Program exclusions. The Preferred Neighbor Program does not apply to:
- Existing or previous Pipe Patrol customers
- Customers living in the same household as the referring customer
- Commercial plumbing services
- Warranty work
- Insurance claims
- Diagnostic-only appointments
- Canceled appointments
- Unpaid or refunded invoices
- Duplicate referrals (only one referring customer may receive credit)
The $50 new-customer discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by Pipe Patrol. Pipe Patrol reserves the right to verify referral eligibility and modify or discontinue the program at any time. Any rewards earned before changes to the program will still be honored.
