Your go-to plumber for everyday problems

When something’s wrong with your plumbing, you want a straight answer and a fair price. Pipe Patrol is owner-operated by a licensed plumber, so the person who diagnoses your problem is the person who fixes it. We find the real cause, explain it in plain English, and give you a flat-rate price before any work begins. Your $149 diagnostic applies to the repair when you hire us.

What we repair

  • Leaks — under sinks, behind walls, at fixtures and hose bibs
  • Toilets — running, clogged, leaking, or wobbling
  • Faucets, garbage disposals, and other fixtures
  • Low or inconsistent water pressure
  • Shut-off valves and angle stops
  • Whole-home and partial repipes
  • Slab leaks — most often resolved by rerouting and abandoning the in-slab line

We handle in-wall leak location; for true under-slab leaks we focus on the reliable fix — a reroute or repipe rather than jackhammering your foundation when it isn’t warranted.

What every homeowner should know

What causes everyday plumbing problems

Most calls come down to a few things: worn washers and cartridges (dripping faucets, running toilets), mineral buildup from Arizona’s hard water (low pressure, crusty fixtures), failing shut-off valves, and slow leaks that start small and get expensive. Older homes with original galvanized pipe are especially prone to leaks and pressure loss.

When to call a plumber

Call when a leak won’t stop, a fixture won’t shut off, pressure drops across the whole house, you see water stains on walls or ceilings, or a repair you tried didn’t hold. Catching a small leak early almost always costs less than waiting.

Is it an emergency?

A burst pipe, a leak you can’t stop, or water reaching drywall, flooring, or electrical is an emergency — shut off your main water valve and call us right away. Knowing where your main shut-off is before you need it saves a lot of damage.

How to prevent it

Address drips early, replace aging shut-off valves, keep an eye on water pressure (too high wears everything out faster), and consider a softener to slow hard-water damage to fixtures and pipe.

Plumbing Repair FAQs

What does the $149 diagnostic cover?

It covers a licensed plumber coming out, diagnosing the real problem, and giving you a clear, flat-rate price. If you approve the repair, the $149 is applied toward that repair.

What does flat-rate pricing mean?

You get one upfront price for the whole job before we start — no hourly meter running and no surprise add-ons at the end.

How do you handle slab leaks?

In many Arizona homes the most reliable fix is to reroute the affected line and abandon the pipe in the slab, rather than breaking up the foundation. We’ll walk you through the options.

Is your work warrantied?

Yes — we back our workmanship with a 2-year warranty. Fixtures and equipment also carry their manufacturer warranties.
